We are pleased to announce that Toonz Media Group and Zoonicorn LLC have signed two new global licence agreements.
Toonz Media Group and Zoonicorn LLC have completed two new foreign licence arrangements for its multi-platform animated preschool brand, Zoonicorn. SRM Entertainment, a company of Jupiter Wellness, Inc. (Nasdaq: JUPW), has agreed to use Zoonicorn with its unique Sip With Me children’s cup line of goods and tableware. SRM will manufacture Sip With Me Cups in a full range for the Zoonicorn brand.
Toonz Entertainment, the content distribution company of Toonz Media Group, located in Ireland, has won a strategic arrangement with Sky UK Limited for its CGI-animated preschool TV series Zoonicorn. Sky has purchased the rights to Zoonicorn (527), season one, for Free TV, Basic TV, Pay TV, and SVOD in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, and British Forces Overseas Bases.
Sky has bought the rights to the series for a three-year term beginning in February 2023, with the series running on the new Sky Kids linear channel and being accessible on demand.

Zoonicorn fills an important need in preschool television, and its uplifting message of hope and resilience connects with children and parents all across the world. “Sky UK will be the ideal new UK home for this much-loved preschool adventure series,” said Bruno Zarka, head of Toonz Media Group’s distribution, syndication, and feature films divisions.
According to a recent release by Zoonicorn, the CGI series will debut on streaming sites globally. The 52/7 series is now available on NBCU’s kids OTT service Peacock (USA). There are also Kidoodle (USA), Astro (Malaysia), Truecorp (Thailand), La Teletuya (Venezuela), and Viu (Venezuela) (Hong Kong).
Furthermore, Toonz Entertainment, the distribution arm of Toonz Media Group, has distribution sub-agent agreements in place to represent the show in several worldwide countries. Toonz has appointed BRAND-WARD Services L&M as its representative in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Team Entertainment as its representative in Italy, Dynamic Brand as its representative in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia, and Peru, and Empire Multimedia as its representative in Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
The Zoonicorns occupy young animals’ dreams, taking them on incredible excursions to help them acquire key social-emotional skills.
