What is mental health?
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It has an impact on our ideas, emotions, and conduct. It also has an impact on how we deal with stress, communicate with others, and make wise judgements.
There are 4 types of mental health mood disorders:
Mental health mood disorders such as depression or bipolar disorder) anxiety disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders (such as schizophrenia).
Memory, feeling, perception, imagination, thought, and reasoning are all common mental functions. The fact that the human mind is engaged all the time means that mental processes stay relevant and influencing or consuming events from daily life. A user experience designer must be aware of mental processes.
What are mental health problems?
It is challenging to go on with our life when we are dealing with mental health issues. They comprise the unpleasant emotions and ideas that we all experience occasionally, such as moments of melancholy, hopelessness, and dread.
After being this much modern people still feel uncomfortable discussing their mental health problems. They still think this is not a common problem even after almost every next person is suffering. Not sharing such problem can trouble a person more.
After a certain point, such survivors choose to suicide as an easy or final choice. when society, family, and even individuals become completely unable to handle the issue. According to research, 46% of suicide victims had a diagnosed mental health issue.
Mental illness can caused by anything i.e. Family problems, Social problems, Business problems, Future tension, Relationship failure, career tension etc.
Loneliness is also one of the factors that can cause mental illness. When people find themselves out of the conversation. When they feel less importance by their loved ones. Or when they are not comfortable with any other being.
How to prevent Mental illness?
This is a very important point of discussion, although not everyone is suffering from such a situation but there must be someone around who is suffering from this situation.
There are many ways to prevent this disease like – Meditation, Music, Yoga, Dance etc.
A successful yoga practise enables its practitioners to find peace, both inside themselves and with the environment they live in. Yoga’s spiritual practise places less emphasis on posture perfection and more on achieving inner calm and clarity.
When you practise yoga, your brain cells for new connections, and both structural and functional changes take place, which improves cognitive abilities like learning and memory. Memory, attention, awareness, cognition, and language-related brain regions are strengthened by yoga.
Yoga promotes both physical and mental relaxation, which lowers tension and anxiety. The physical positions promote flexibility, reduce tension, and provide relief from discomfort. Yoga poses can help with the release of mental and tension-related blockages, as well as physical obstructions such as muscle knots.
Dancing has both cardiovascular and strength-building advantages that can help lower stress levels and boost self-esteem. Our mental health may be enhanced when we feel confident in our physical attributes and skills.

Dr. David Hawkins says that meditation “trains the brain to achieve sustained focus and to return to that focus when negative thinking, emotions, and physical sensations intrude, which happens a lot when you feel stressed and anxious.” Stress may be reduced through meditation. Additionally, it could reduce the signs and symptoms of illnesses caused by stress, such as fibromyalgia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Memory improvement: Regular meditation can help you focus better, which can help with your memory and mental clarity.
Along with all these types one can communicate with someone or can try to share their problems. Telling or discussing the problems can prevent mental illness.
