Moreover, The Dalai Lama Trust is developing the center on 30 acres of land at three locations in the Buddhist pilgrimage town.

“Tibetans came here as evacuees. But being here is a blessing. Moreover, We are proud to be a part of this country’s culture and high moral standards, he stated.
According to Dalai Lama, the centre aims to revive India’s ancient wisdom and knowledge.
The spiritual leader stated, “It will be a global center that will encourage research work. And other activities to revive the rich knowledge available in this land.”
Kumar Sarvjeet is the agriculture minister of Bihar and the Bodh Gaya MLA. He stated that the center would open a new chapter in the relationship between India and Tibet.
Kiren Rijiju is the union minister of state for law and justice. Moreover, He said that Bodh Gaya has always been a center of knowledge and wisdom. He laid the groundwork for the Dalai Lama Centre. It is for Tibetan & Indian Ancient Wisdom in the presence of the Tibetan leader.
He stated, “Lord Buddha attained enlightenment here more than 2,500 years ago.” And “credit goes to Dalai Lama for maintaining and carrying forward this tradition in modern times.” Bodh Gaya has been known as the seat of knowledge ever since.
Rijiju met the Dalai Lama earlier today in Bodh Gaya with senior BJP leaders Sushil Kumar Modi and Vinay Sahasrabuddhe. The Tibetan leader taught Buddhist principles for three days.
